Just wanted to drop a note of thanks for the work you did on my Mercedes. You took the time to explain everything to me and did only the services necessary. I am a firm believer in scheduled maintenance.
I had been taking my car to the dealership and they were horrible to deal with and couldn't care less about explaining things to me. I also didn't trust they were doing the work they said they were.
